Visit dignityhealth.org/northridgehospital for more information. **Electrician - Plant Operations** **Northridge Hospital Medical Center** Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a skilled and experienced **Electrician** to join our team and ensure the safe and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art medical facility. **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and equipment. + Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems, including power outages, short circuits, and faulty wiring. + Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. + Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including OSHA standards and hospital-specific protocols. + Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget. + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. + Respond to emergency calls and provide on-call support as needed. + Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and HVAC technicians, to ensure seamless project completion. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent GED required. + Minimum 3 years of recent work experience installing and troubleshooting commercial electrical systems required. + State of California Department of Industrial Relations Certified General Electrician required. + Fire Safety Card within 90-days of hire required. **This position is represented by SEIU-UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.** **Pay Range** $41.63 - $52.33 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
