Job Purpose To ensure uninterrupted continuity of facility, manufacturing, and support systems and processes throughout the facility. Essential Purpose + Reads, interprets, and executes drawings, schematics, blueprints, and electrical code specifications to see layout of commercial electrical equipment installations. + Tests electrical and equipment and parts for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance + Installs, repairs, or replaces AC/DC motors and drives, transformers, motors, starters, relays, and hydraulic and gas electrical controls. + Installs repairs, or replaces electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, and line assemblies, lighting, and alternative electrical parts. + Installs, repairs, or replaces generators and industrial storage batteries. + Do preventive maintenance and testing of electrical systems (including power distribution equipment) + Installs electrical circuits, as well as panels, conduit, protecting devices, switches, and equipment required to accommodate the NEC. + May install and maintain industrial equipment and connected devices. + Conduct preventive maintenance programs and identify corrective action needed. + Follow all company GMP and safety policies/ procedures in place. + Must be able to read electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints. + Must be able to work independently as well as in a team. + Must be available on weekends. + All other duties as assigned. Qualifications + Requires a MA Journeyman Electrician License in active status. + Must have a valid driver’s license. + Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Washington, and New York Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $33.26 to $49.89 per hour.
