**Job Title: Electrician**
**Job Description**
+ Lead and supervise the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in large commercial or industrial projects.
+ Perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems, resolving issues in a timely manner.
+ Ensure electrical work is completed according to blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.
+ Manage and mentor a team of electricians, apprentices, and assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
+ Coordinate with leadership, engineers, and other trades to ensure electrical work aligns with overall goals.
+ Oversee and maintain inventory of electrical materials and tools, ensuring proper stock levels and availability.
+ Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for electrical work to minimize risk.
+ Follow lean manufacturing guidelines, providing continuous improvement suggestions for gained efficiency

**What you’ll need, among other things:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; advanced welding certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Welder) are required.
+ 5+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, with extensive experience in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
+ Proven leadership skills, with experience leading and mentoring technicians and teams with less experience.
+ Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints.
+ Experience with PLCs, Ladder Logic, commissioning of equipment and Capitol Expenditure projects.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
**Work environment:**
+ ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements
+ Able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
+ Able to stand; walk; stoop, kneel or crouch, as required.
+ Able to climb portable ladder
+ Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required
+ Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $70720.00/yr.
