Basic Job Functions: This position includes but is not limited to; + The successful candidate will possess a working knowledge of electrical principles and practical experience as it relates to the electrical maintenance function. + The technician will provide electrical support to the production crews, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and automation systems. + The qualified candidate must be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, vacation coverage, and holidays. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
