**Job Title: Electrician at Data Center**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated laborer responsible for the installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment in the build-out of new equipment in an assembly facility. The ideal candidate will install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and process controls, and must be skilled in using electrical test equipment to troubleshoot to a component level.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and process controls.
+ Use electrical test equipment and troubleshoot to a component level.
+ Work with various AC & DC voltages, including 3-phase and single-phase systems.
+ Install electrical wiring and conduits per National Electrical Code (NEC).
+ Work independently or as part of a team.
+ Have basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI).
+ Experience with variable frequency drives and motor controllers.
+ Read and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, and understand the software associated with PLCs to troubleshoot issues.
+ Install and terminate communication and video cables.
+ Occasionally travel overnight to repair equipment in the field.
+ Use various hand and power tools necessary for job completion.
+ Work safely and in a timely manner in all aspects of the job.
**Essential Skills**
+ Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI.
+ Experience with variable frequency drives and motor controllers.
+ Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
+ Experience with AC & DC voltages, and 3-phase and single-phase systems.
+ Basic computer skills and knowledge of applicable software for reporting and troubleshooting.
+ Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical troubleshooting or assembly.
+ Physically capable of bending, twisting, climbing, crawling, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Prefer 2 years of vocational school in electrical.
+ Prefer 3 years of experience.

**Work Environment**
Work is performed in an assembly facility with occasional overnight travel required for field repairs. The role involves using various hand and power tools and requires adherence to safety protocols. The work schedule allows for flexibility, and you will work both independently and as part of a team.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Pflugerville, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
