Our client, a well-established electrical contractor specializing in commercial and industrial projects, is looking for an Electrician Apprentice to join their team in Oxnard, CA. Key Responsibilities:

Assist journeymen electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Perform basic electrical tasks such as running conduit, pulling wire, and installing fixtures.Follow all NEC and OSHA safety guidelines on job sites.Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Communicate effectively with the team and follow instructions.

Requirements:

Some electrical experience preferred, but not required (residential experience is a plus).Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians.Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.Basic knowledge of electrical tools and safety procedures.Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship program or trade school is a plus.OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred but not required.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $22 - $24 per hourSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
