The Red Lion Team is seeking a Electrician Lead on Weekend Shift.

Summary:

Repairs, installs, replaces and tests electrical circuits, equipment and appliances using hand tools and testing instruments to supply electrical power for lighting, equipment and machine operations.

Major Position Responsibilities

Essential Duties: 

Inspects, repairs, installs, and maintains electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.Ensures all work performed meets required safety codes and is properly inspected.Uses a variety of tools and equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.Tests electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.Inspects electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.Replaces conduit, wiring and circuit breakers as needed. Basic Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

Vocational/Technicial Training Degree 5-7 years' experienceOR Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education &/or Experience 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Electrical Wiring Installation. Install Electrical Services. Reading Blueprints/Diagrams. Safety Inspections. Troubleshooting Electrical Codes

Physical Demands: 

Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities.Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.May need to stand for long periods of time.Work may require employee to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery.May be requested to work a different shift.Other job-specific working conditions: Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as required.

Travel Requirements:

No or very little travel likely.
