Your role and responsibilitiesABB Electrification unit in Lithuania is looking for a Sales Manager to join the team! In this role, you will develop and maintain an effective sales strategy within the specified market scope to enhance ABB's market penetration and drive growth. You will define, lead, and execute sales strategies to achieve qualitative and quantitative product, system, and service targets, ensuring sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also monitor sales performance, implement corrective actions when needed, and lead, develop, and coach the sales organization to achieve high performance.Electrification Business - as the world’s demand for electricity grows, we are electrifying the world in a safe, smart, and sustainable way as a global technology leader in electrical distribution and management. We collaborate with customers and partners to enable energy efficiency and power a sustainable future for society with our products, solutions, and digital technologies.The work model for the role is: hybrid #LIhybridYou will be mainly accountable for:• Establishing key sales targets, defining measurable metrics, and taking proactive steps to achieve performance goals.• Identifying new business opportunities, evaluating pricing impact with the Product Management team, and ensuring competitive market pricing.• Building and leading high-performing team by promoting collaboration, providing coaching, and supporting continuous skill development.• Fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in both existing and potential customer organizations.• Monitoring client financial status, identifying potential risks (including cybersecurity), and implementing effective risk management in contracts.
Qualifications for the roleYou have a technical education, providing the expertise needed to navigate complex solutions and sales discussions.You are highly skilled in portfolio management, business strategy, and market intelligence, using data-driven insights to drive growth.You have established expertise in go-to-market strategy, customer experience success, and pricing excellence, ensuring competitive positioning.You have a strong track record in account management, sales enablement, and people leadership, fostering collaboration and high performance.You are at ease communicating in Lithuanian and English, enabling seamless collaboration across teams and markets.
