Key responsibilities for this role include:

Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical malfunctions on production equipment.

Assist with preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules to maintain equipment reliability and extend operational lifespan.

Prepare appropriate material requisitions for assigned projects and general repairs.

Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to identify opportunities for equipment optimization and process improvements.

Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to analyze and resolve equipment malfunctions.

Document maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and any follow-up action required for accurate record-keeping and future reference.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.

Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Minimum of an Associate degree or technical certification in Electro - Mechanical Engineering Technology with 0 – 2 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Proven experience as an electro-mechanical technician or similar role within a manufacturing or automated production environment.

Must possess proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams for troubleshooting and maintenance purposes. Prefer experience with specific automation technologies such as PLC/HMI, drives, robots, inspection systems, instrumentation and process control.
