WestRock in Lebanon, TN continues its Success and Growth and as such is looking for an Electro/Mechanical Maintenance Technicians for our night shift. (12-hour shift 6:30pm-6:30am on a 3-3-4 schedule). This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a maintenance team taking care of current assets and involved in acquiring state-of-the-art assets and technology. Our facility is dedicated to Folding Cartons, and we have (among other assets) Printing Presses, Die Cutters, Formers, Gluers, Supporting assets and infrastructure.

Pay is cumulative with experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Demonstrated abilities to perform maintenance and repairs of electrical and electronic components of manufacturing equipment and of facility systems up to 480 volts. Demonstrated abilities to troubleshoot and repair all electrical and electronics problems (relays, sensors, switches, actuators, motors, PLC’s, Drives, Machine/motion controls…. Etc.)Demonstrated abilities to troubleshoot and successfully resolve issues with Machine and Supporting Systems components.Successfully conduct PM’s on Electrical and Mechanical Systems (including hydraulic, pneumatic, gearboxes……etc.)Troubleshoots and resolves mechanical problems and makes repairs as needed.Performs basic welding, brazing, and cutting to fabricate items such as guardrails, brackets, and hangers.Effectively uses measuring, testing and diagnostics devices and tools (Oscilloscope, Circuit testers…etc.)Demonstrated abilities to Troubleshoot, Extend Power System for the facility with basic knowledge of Transformers, Switchgear, MCC…. etc.Maintains accurate maintenance records in the CMMS, Reads Electrical Prints and Single Line Drawings as well as Schematics.Working with and Troubleshooting Robotics is a PLUSPerforms other job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have Vocational School, associate degree with 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing facility or High School Diploma and 5 Years of Proven Experience in the field.Experience troubleshooting electrical machinery in an industrial environment (relay logic, PLC, DC and Invertor Drives, VFD, 3 phase motors)Demonstrated ability to always work Safely (on his own and with others)Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision, maintain professional conduct and foster healthy communications and relationships with Peers, Coworkers and others. Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
