C Shift- 6:00am-6:00pm
Position Summary
The position will be responsible for all maintenance activities of electromechanical systems at our production site in San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia).
Responsibilities
Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment as scheduled by PM program and / or as required by breakdowns.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, etc., according to schedule.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to component level when failures occur.
Provide technical support to Production in case repairs are not possible within reasonable time frame.
Support Engineering projects related to facility expansion, new installations, modification and improvement of existing processes.
Assist in the commissioning of new equipment.
Ensure that all maintenance works comply with safety regulations and local standards.
Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area.
Keep up-to-date records of all maintenance activities performed.
Report any abnormalities observed during the course of work.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Education & Experience Requirements
Minimum education required: High School Diploma.
Minimum years of experience required: 2 years’ experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance.
Desirable education: Vocational Training in Industrial Electronics and Automatism.
Desirable experience: Previous experience working in medical device industry.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, technical processes, and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of basic mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, and control system theory.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, assembly hand tools, and measuring instruments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AutoCAD.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem solving and root cause analysis.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team environment.
Self-motivated and willingness to learn.
Fluency in English.
