Boeing Global Spectrum Management is seeking an Electromagnetic Testing and Spectrum Management Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
Consult with internal business partners, external customers and government regulators to support program requirements regarding radio frequency (RF) spectrum requirements.Knowledge of, and ability to efficiently and effectively complete Spectrum Supportability Risk Assessments (SSRAs), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), DD Form 1494, and Federal Communications Commission licenses for new or revised equipment.Work with cross-functional teams including Electromagnetics Effects, Engineering, Government Relations, and other team members to support Department of Defense spectrum supportability requirements.Performs research and technical analysis regarding frequency authorization requests, available spectrum assets, and applicable regulations to determine spectrum availability and compliance.Acquires licenses and appropriate authorizations from government agencies, as well as validates and obtains RF equipment certifications.Conducts regulatory compliance audits with respect to Boeing’s use of radio frequency spectrum, participating as part of a team to inspect Boeing facilities. Being familiar in the operation of electronic test equipment and radio frequency enclosures and laboratories is desired.Conducts testing, repair and maintenance on shielded and anechoic facilities, as well as interference analysis and resolution, including RF equipment verification and site surveys.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience with radio frequency licensing, regulations and complianceCapable of traveling 25% of the timeCurrently possess a valid driver’s licenseAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8-hour shiftPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with Federal Communication Commission (FCC), National Telecommunication and Information Administration (NTIA), and Department of Defense (DoD) radio spectrum processes and proceduresPrevious Department of Defense Spectrum Management Work Experience.Bachelor's degree1+ years of engineering experience with EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) or E3 (Electromagnetic Environmental Effects)Drug Free Workplace:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Experienced): $82,450 - $111,550
Summary pay range (Senior): $102,000 - $138,000
Export Control Requirements: This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
