Job Description
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will identify necessary equipment to perform assigned operations and assemble components into mechanical assemblies per specification by following work instructions. You will carry out assembly, inspection, documentation, and shipment activities, adhering to defined work instructions and quality procedures. Using common measurement tools and gages, you will perform quality inspections and operate pressure test equipment for validation testing. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, reporting any non-conformance, quality, or safety issues to the Manufacturing Manager/Supervisor promptly. The role requires sufficient personal mobility and physical resilience with extended periods of standing or sitting, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will also be required to check the quality of your own work and that of others, providing technical assistance to team members when necessary. Reporting all production/assembly mistakes or defects in workmanship to your supervisor as they occur and maintaining daily production goals will also be part of your responsibilities.
Pay:
Can be up to $25/hr based on experience level (swing shift offers 10% shift differential)

Work Environment
We’re looking for several Electro/Mechanical Technicians to support our Production Supervisor in a variety of tasks related to the assembly and production of our products. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can quickly adapt to assembly procedures and proper protocols. This hands-on, detail-oriented role requires a team player who can ensure the quality of their own work and assist team members in troubleshooting any issues.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
