Electromechanical Assembler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler to join our assembly team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electromechanical components and systems. This role is vital in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and test electromechanical components, subassemblies, and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.Perform wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly tasks.Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical assemblies as needed.Maintain accurate documentation and records of assembly processes and test results.Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve technical issues and improve assembly processes.Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.Proven experience as an electromechanical assembler or in a similar role.Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.Skilled in soldering, wiring, and using hand and power tools.Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and a commitment to safety.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
