**Electromechanical Assembler** **Pay: $35 / HR - $40 / HR** **Location: Hood River, OR** **Responsibilities:** + Assemble electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using small hand and power tools. + Install wiring, including harnessing and cabling, according to electrical diagrams. + Work with PCB boards. + Conduct electrical and functional testing of units. + Troubleshoot and rework/replace faulty parts. **Qualifications:** + Soldering skills are a plus. + Experience with electrical testing. + Proficiency in harnessing and cabling. **Environment/Shift:** + Production and engineering settings. + Day shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. **Employee Value Proposition:** + Attractive financial opportunity for contract work. + Engineering environment within the aerospace industry. + Meal per diem of $68/day and hotel accommodation during the workweek for those located outside a 50-mile radius. + Flexible days/hours – travelers may consider working 4-10's to stay in town for only 3 nights (Hampton Inn and Best Western of Hood River). + Qualified candidates can interview within 24 hours and potentially start the following week. + Gas and housing reimbursement for hotels is provided for this role in Hood River.
