**Job Title: Electromechanical Technician** **Job Description** As an Electromechanical Technician, you will use small hand and power tools to assemble electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies. You will install wiring including harnessing and cabling according to electrical diagrams, work with PCB boards, and conduct electrical and functional testing of units. Additionally, you will troubleshoot faulty parts and perform rework or replacements as needed. **Responsibilities** + Assemble electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using small hand and power tools. + Install wiring, including harnessing and cabling, according to electrical diagrams. + Work with PCB boards. + Conduct electrical and functional testing of units. + Troubleshoot faulty parts and perform rework or replacements. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical skills + Troubleshooting skills + Experience building electromechanical systems + Experience with harnessing wire assemblies + Ability to work with PCB boards + Experience with testing and troubleshooting + Ability to read schematics and blueprints **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Soldering skills are a plus + Experience with electrical testing + Experience with harnessing and cabling **Why Work Here?** This role offers a good financial opportunity for contract work in an engineering environment within the aerospace industry. Flexible days and hours are available, with the option to work 4-10's, allowing you to stay in town for only three nights. **Work Environment** You will work in a production and engineering setting within the aerospace industry. The environment adheres to ITAR regulations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Hood River, Oregon. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
