The expected schedule will be Sun-Thur 1 PM - 9:30 PM
\nThis position is responsible for maintaining electrical and mechanical systems on all automation equipment. (S)he will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems and implementing corrective and preventative measures.
\nEssential Duties:
\n\nRepair and maintain a variety of equipment and perform preventative maintenance on distribution center and/or manufacturing equipment \nUse diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot, analyze and predict upcoming failures \nDismantle machines and equipment to gain access to problem areas \nOperate metalworking machines such as bench lathes, milling machines, punch presses, and drive presses to fabricate housings, fittings, jogs and fixtures \nInspect and measure parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems\nRemove and/or replace worn or defective parts \nOther duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:
\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred\n3+ years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience or experience in a related field \nExperience with low and high voltage electrical systems \nDemonstrated understanding of operating principles of frequency drives, servos, electrical and PLCs\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot PLCs, I/O and VFDs \nProficient at maintaining and troubleshooting PLCs, I/O and VFDs software \nMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.\nMust be able to frequently reach up to 31-77 inches. \n\nPhysical Demands:
