[Key Responsibilities]

Successfully drive revenue growth of Electron Microscope product

Represent the technical competencies of Electron Microscope product

Systematically and proactively promote and sell Electron Microscope product

Identify and contact prospective customers, build and strengthen through customer relationship.

Develop & execute dedicated sales campaigns and initiatives in the strategic target market

Preparation, presentation and tracking of quotations

Monitor and act properly throughout entire O2C processes

[Requirements]

1. Education: Above Bachelor's degree

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Electron Microscopy or related field such as industrial electronic machine sales (3-5 years experiences preferred)

3. Language: Proficient in English

4. Required competencies

Ownership: Clear ownership of assigned accounts and projects

Market Knowledge: Understanding of the microscope market and competitors

Communication: Effective communication skills with global and diverse stakeholders

Conflict Management: Ability to handle conflict situations effectively

Customer Focus: Understands and meets the unique needs of customers

Collaboration: Works collaboratively to achieve shared objectives

Adaptability: Flexible approach to match shifting demands of different situations
