Job Description:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tElectronic assembly operations on components or sub-assemblies\r\n\tStrong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity and familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, hand tools, and microscopes.\r\n\tA minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing assembly or production environment\r\n\tExperienced in automated and/or manual die attach, automated and/or manual wire bonding\r\n\tMust be able to read and follow build instructions, including understanding of process documents, and assembly drawings \r\n\tBasic computer skills are a necessity.\r\n\tMust be able to work overtime if required, on short notice\r\n\tMust be able to set up, calibrate, and operate the auto mount machine.\r\n\r\n\r\n
