JOB DUTIES 职责描述：
This position will take lead on the components design, development, implementation, and maintenance of electrical components in cab, including but not limited to radio, shifter, joystick, light, starting batteries, etc. The incumbent is expected to deliver current product management & improvement and new product development to meet the critical customer requirements such as cost, reliability & durability requirements. Job duties include, but not limited to, product design, application and installation, development, research, reliability, materials, product performance/support and service.

The key role of this engineering position is to:

•    Collect customer needs and deliver electrical component solution to meet customer expectation. 收集客户需求并提供满足客户期望的电气零部件解决方案。
•    Work closely with supplier to deliver reliable solution. 和供应商紧密合作以提供可靠方案。
•    Host and participate communications with global team including machine system team, partners, suppliers in daily work. 在日常工作中主持和参与全球团队的沟通，团队包括整机系统团队，合作伙伴，国际供应商等。
•    Manage projects and produce documentation as required per NPI process and APQP process. 根据 NPI 流程和 APQP 流程的要求管理项目，制作文档。
•    Define and executing components design verification and validation plans. 定义和执行零部件设计验证和确认计划。
•    Communicate results through technical reports and presentations. 通过技术报告和演示交流结果。
•    Develop innovative design to support enterprise innovation strategy and product line extension. 开发创新设计，支持企业创新战略和产品线扩展。
•    Implement solutions using a variety of technologies, systems, and development environments for diverse machine systems. 使用针对不同机器系统的各种技术、系统和开发环境实施解决方案。
•    Work with machine system lead on design for cost, manufacturability, test, and assembly/integration. 与整机电气系统负责人一起进行成本、可制造性、测试和组装/集成设计。
•    Responsible for engineers’ activities and completed in accordance with quality. 负责工程师的要求活动并按质量完成。
•    Self-motivated and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities. 自我激励，能够在平衡优先级的同时处理多个项目。
 
Requirements
•    A technical degree and 5 to 10 years of previous experiences is highly preferred, and consideration will be given to electrical components experiences and finished several NPI project development cycles completely. 技术学位和 5 至 10 年的以往经验优先考虑，将考虑具有电气零部件开发经验并完整完成多个 NPI 项目开发。
•    Master the required electrical components development process & tools (such as NPI, APQP, test equipment, etc). 掌握所需的电气元件开发流程和工具（如NPI、APQP、测试设备等）
•    Familiar with test and verification as well as design of experiments. 熟悉相关产品测试要求和DOE实验。
•    Ability to take the initiative to prevent and resolve issues. 主动预防和解决问题的能力。
•    Speak fluent English and excellent in reading, writing. 流利的英语口语，以及在阅读、写作方面表现出色。
•    Independently manage customers programs with minimum supervision. 独立管理客户计划。
•    Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering. 工科本科及以上学历。
•    Good collaboration with suppliers and global cross function team. 与供应商和全球跨部门团队的良好合作。
•    Good project management skills. 良好的项目管理技能。
•    Competent in use of standard business tools including, Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc. 熟悉掌握通用办公软件，包括但不限于，Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Teams等。
