Job Description

The Electronic Design Engineer for Spectroscopy is responsible for new design of HV and LV electronic modules and technical support of both XPS Spectrometry operations engineering and production. The design engineer supervises product quality, optimizes production, implements engineering changes, communicates with suppliers, and sometimes with customers. The expert in this position solves sophisticated tasks while participating with rest of the team and other departments - mainly development, production and service.

The position is suitable for an engineer with at least 5 years of experience in electrical design. Everyone who is passionate, proactive, and studious. So don't worry and come and show us what you can do. We will guide you through the rest.

What will you do:Work alongside other engineering team members and closely collaborate with several departments (R&D, production, sourcing, service etc.) in order to effectively bring fresh, up-to-date and innovative ideas to our customersResolve any problems encountered during manufacturing. Investigate and analyze customer service problems and propose solutionsSearch for solutions to improve product quality and optimize production processesSuggest design improvements based on recent technical knowledge, and submit an engineering change requestsMaintain the test equipment at suppliers and in our production, and if needed, design and implement changesThe successful candidate should possess the following:University degree in a technical field, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills in electronic board designGood general technical overview, dexterity, ability to tackle things in a team, but also independentlyExcellent interpersonal skills and proficient EnglishGood communication skills and desire for further developmentMust have the ability to acquire a valid passport and travel regionally and internationally as the need arises (up to 25% of working time)What we will do to empower you:Join us and become an important part of a Hi-Tech company which develops brand-new solutions for customers worldwideWe offer a modern work environment including relaxation zones, power yoga lectures, a gym and massages in the building, and an outside playground.
