Position Summary

- Oversees a high performing enrollment/ID Card team that manages ongoing electronic file activity and ID Card production.
- Maintains a culture of excellence and accountability through monitoring, mentoring and assessing team and individual performance against the desired metrics and providing candid and timely developmental feedback.
-Supervises, mentors and directs a team responsible for ongoing processing of electronic enrollment files and ID Card production.
- Develops, evaluates, and coaches team to meet team and department goals re: turnaround time and customer expectations.
- Able to make adjustments and be flexible in order to meet deadlines.
- Participates in workgroups to influence changes and enhancements to business processes, policies and system infrastructure to improve quality and efficiency.
- Acts as a liaison between staff and other areas, including management, plan sponsors, Sales. etc., communicating workflow results, ideas and solutions.
- Collaborates with internal business partners such as Case Installation, Billing, and Sales to ensure successful customer experience.
- Develops, trains, evaluates, and coaches staff to provide cost effective decisions within Plan Sponsor Services while ensuring operating standards are met.
- Establishes a clear vision aligned with company values; motivates others to balance customer needs and business success.
- Works effectively in ambiguous situations.



Required Qualifications

-Strong Technical background-Excel knowledge
- Communicates effectively with team members, management and cross functional business partners.
- Possesses strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous/Current Operations experience

Education

-College degree preferred.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
