Electronic Engineer Requisition ID: 41275 Job Location(s): Pune, IN **Job Description** The Electrical/Electronic Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and supporting product designs, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring product functionality meets current standards. The role requires expertise in solving complex engineering problems, product validation, and providing technical support to cross-functional teams **Job Responsibilities** 1. Develop in-depth product knowledge and apply advanced electronic engineering principles. 2. Strong experience inProduct Maintenance and Improvement (PMI) activities. 3. Design, analyze, and optimize PCBs, circuit architectures, and embedded systems. 4. Conduct validation and verification testing, including EMI/EMC, thermal, and environmental testing. 5. Resolve functional, application, and production issues while driving cost optimization and obsolescence management. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design improvements. 7. Lead design modifications for compliance with industry standards such as ISO, ATEX, and CISPR **Background & Skills** **Minimum requirements to educational background** + Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Electrical Engineering. + **Minimum requirements to working experience** + Total relevant work experience: 5+ years. + Proven track record within product development, quality assurance, reliability engineering and robust design + Fluent and comprehensive English **1.4. It will be an advantage, if you have knowledge on:** + PCB Designing, Component engineering, EMI/EMC testing and simulation + Apply advanced mathematical concepts such as algebra, calculus, probability and statistics, geometry and trigonometry. + Experience with Altium Designer and NX is a plus. + Read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PCB layout and drawings. + Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or graphical form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. + Utilize basic knowledge of the following equipment: digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, PC data acquisition hardware, inspection equipment, signal generators, power supplies, RF equipment and current probes. + Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. + Effectively present information to development engineers, production operators, management teams and public groups. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
