WHAT YOU'LL DO:

In this role, you will perform field service and related project work for electronic security systems in banking, retail and commercial facilities throughout Ohio. We have need for both tenured experienced technicians as well as ambitious technicians looking to take their career to the next level. 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Previous knowledge and training in the electronic security industry preferredPrevious experience with Physical Security and VAT SystemsSmart-phone familiarity and technologically savvyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Experience with mapping and routing applications such as MapPoint or Google MapsHave mechanical/technological/electrical aptitudeAbility to interpret written instructions and documentsAbility to learn through telephone trainingAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionAbility to communicate and provide excellent customer serviceKnowledge in surveillance and security systems with basic understanding of electronics, wiring, local and national codesIP Video and IT/Networking knowledge preferredAbility to read and understand blueprints, timelines, and other plans/or drawingsBosch, DMP, Honeywell, Radionics, 3VR, Verint, and March Networks knowledge preferredBanking experience a plusValid driver's licenseAbility to maintain a reliable vehicle
