Electronic Service Technician
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electronic/Mechanical Service Technician to maintain and service our Haffmans Quality Control (HQC) and Sudmo Valve Product Line equipment. The candidate will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and calibration of Pentair equipment. Candidates must be proficient in troubleshooting, tuning, and repairing instrumentation. Preference will be given to candidates with two or more years of electrical experience.

                                                                                                                                               

Job Requirements:

Over 3 years of experience as a service technician.Possession of a High School Diploma or GED;Electrical certification is preferred.Ability to obtain a passport or already have oneMust be willing to travel between 50% -75% of the time for job-related assignments, including client meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences.Proficiency with mechanical tasks and skill in using shop and hand tools.Proficient communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Adherence to company safety protocols and maintenance of a clean and orderly work area.Willingness to perform additional duties as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct incoming inspections and document findings accurately.Communicate effectively with the Technical Center of Excellence in Venlo, Netherlands, for support in resolving complex issues.Perform equipment repairs promptly and efficiently.Log all service activities and reports in SAP.Provide estimated timelines for repairs to relevant stakeholders.Develop quotations based on equipment inspection results.Respond swiftly to all service requests.
