Compensation Range Hourly: $20.90 - $26.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.) About This Job The purpose of this job is to support Commercial Contract and Business Card clients in a variety of ways including assisting with the underwriting of new applications and contracts, account setup and maintenance, product changes, contract modifications, pricing changes, account validation/quality control. Essential Functions + Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and collaborate with business partners + Respond accurately to external and internal customers questions/requests via phone/email while maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) + Notify clients within a timely manner to ensure there are no missed deadlines or customer impact + Assist with the processing of set-up forms and verification for a wide variety of products + Identify and recommend process improvements to current workflows/processes + Validate the accuracy of data for clients to the system of record to ensure all required documentation is collected for account setup + Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required + Basic knowledge of the banking and card industry + Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities + Ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions + Ability to quickly learn systems/processes, comfortable navigating multiple systems concurrently + Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities + Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills + Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values + Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Education & Experience + Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
