Our client, in Aerospace is seeking a Solderer to join their team. As a solderer, you will be supporting the assembly teams. The ideal candidate will have good verbal communication, team player, reliable and responsible, which will align successfully in the organization. **Must have at least 2 years of experience with soldering or precision assembly** **Preferably J-standard soldering certification **Job Title: Solderer - 1st shift** **Location: Newbury Park, CA** **Pay Range: $20 - $22/hr** **Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 5:30am-2pm/7am-3:30pm** **What’s the Job** **Performs a variety of component installations and inspections on electronic assemblies/subassemblies of Printed Circuit Boards or unit/systems level assembly.** + Work under general supervision + Update manual and computerized status reports and logs per department requirements + Perform moderately complex assembly and/or soldering tasks using tools such as hot tweezers, cutters, soldering iron, solder pot, stereo microscope + update manual and computerized status reports and logs per department requirements + Work on more than one product within the department or company + Understand and do complex inspection (solder joints). + Understand Kan Ban and small-batch size requirements.
