ABOUT THIS POSITION
Join a diverse team of talented and inspired engineers and analysts to provide guidance and oversight for electronic warfare capabilities of threat representations for Test &Evaluation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Presentation/brief EW tasker problem set findings (white papers?)Provide expert knowledge and guidance on electronic warfare (EW) systems, capabilities, and strategies to support OT&ELead assessments of current and emerging EW technologies, ensuring integration and operational effectiveness in defense systemsAdvise senior leadership on EW-related threats, capabilities, and countermeasures in various operational environmentsSupport the development of EW doctrine, procedures, and policiesAssist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project progress.Coordinate with subcontractors and external organizations to ensure project requirements are understood and met.Review project documentation.Support project managers in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.Monitor project performance, investigate issues and recommend solutions, and provide regular updates to project managers.Travel to meet subcontractor project team, visit corporate KBR office in Huntsville, AL, and occasionally attend project meetings at various US destinations.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineeringAbility to work independently and as part of a team.10 or more years experience with threat representation10 or more years experience with electronic warfare techniquesPossess (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance.Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or managementBelong, Connect and Grow at KBR
