**Soldering Assembler - BGA Reballing** **Job Description** We are seeking a meticulous and skilled electronics soldering assembler to join our electronics manufacturing client in the defense industry! The ideal candidate is skilled at performing fine point soldering on PCBs, requiring manual dexterity and a strong attention to detail. **Responsibilities** + **BGA Reballing** : Remove old solder balls and replace them with new ones with precision. + **Secure Components:** Use glue and adhesives to ensure everything stays in place. + **Documentation** : Keep detailed records for each piece you finish.
