The Electronics Controls Supervisor will be in a position to safely supervise Electronics Controls Technicians and all Electricians. The successful candidate will know NFPA70E, the NEC, and National Beef electrical standards. They will have responsibility of periodic reviews of all personnel and the development of a course of training for each person within that group. They will monitor and measure the Electricians and Electronic Control Technicians for growth and development.

QualificationsQualified candidates for the Electronics Controls Supervisor position should possess the following:
Extensive reading, and writing. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma and some collegeAbove average mathematical skills requiredKnowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery. This is normally acquired through two to five years of manufacturing, with emphasis on electrical experienceManual dexterity required for operating machinery and computersConceptual/analytical thinkingAttention to detailProblem solvingLeadership; effectively supervise, train, and motivate employeesExcellent communication skills - verbal and writtenSelf-motivated and self-starterMaintain confidentialityAbove average computer skillsMust be able to use and teach Ohms LawApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
