We are looking for an Electronics Development Engineer (m/f/d) specialized on embedded development to strengthen our young and innovative team in Berlin.
ResponsibilitiesMain field of responsibility is to ensure the competitiveness of the employer's products by developing innovative and economical solutions in the field of electronics design engineering with special focus on Embedded development. The position covers the full development process from idea to product.
Design and implementation of embedded projects for data acquisition, processing and transfer.Contribution to the development guidelines.Further improvement and expansion of the existing testing framework.Setting-Up operation and debugging on complex electronic boards.Preparation and execution of system level testing.Design of unit tests and testing automation.Supporting and enhancing development projects to productize new products.Documentation, archiving and maintenance of all product data.Cooperation and coordination of internal and external partners. Qualifications University degree in electrical engineering, information technology or a related fieldexperience in C programming, SQL databases and scriptingexperience in embedded systems and FPGA design (ideally with VHDL)knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded processors, SoCsknowledge in analogue and digital circuit designsubject specific technical knowledge and expertisean eye for detail and a methodical work processIT and CAD knowledge (i.e. Xilinx Vivado, Altium)analytical and numeracy skills, creative problem solving abilitythe ability to successfully contribute to team work using effective communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, contractors and others involved in the design processefficient in written communication as well as being able to write reportstime management, organisation, and the ability to work to deadlinesa flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changea driven, self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiativecapable of working in an international team
