We are looking for a highly talented Engineer to join our Eng. team to lead engineering solutions mainly for obsolescence parts and CIPs (Continues Improvements Plan) on a multi-disciplinary system.

As a system engineer, you’ll be managing and leading varied engineering solutions in a wide range of complexity. Working closely with internal and external groups, Suppliers and 3rd party.

What you'll be doing:
Engineering Projects management on multi-disciplinary systems:
Provide engineering solutions -Obsolescence Management for Obsolete parts, Re-engineering activities (work with 3rd party and suppliers from the design phase till release)Cost reduction activities on spare parts - increase lifetime, quality, repair solution.Project management- Manage meetings, Timeline, Budget, Escalations.Lead qualification of engineering solution to spec.Support ECOs (Engineering change orders) activities as a module owner for engineering changes.Documentation – Technical reports, Supplier’s procedures, FCO’s, (Field change orders) PPT (Project Plan& Presentation),Work and support both external and internal groups on technical aspects (SBU – Service Business Unit, Field, EPG, Spares Planning, Repair, suppliersWhat should you have?
B.Sc. in relevant fields: Electrical Engineering, Electro OpticsTechnical expert in at least one R&D discipline (Electronic- HW Analog /Digital, Motion controllers, Optic -lasers)At least 3-4 years of experience in the industry in similar roles.Data analytical and presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills to interact with cross-functional teams.Who we are?
