Electronics Engineer Requisition ID: 41744 Job Location(s): Haiyan, CN **Job Description** Product Maintenance & Improvements of mass products, aiming at making products with world-level quality/flexibility and competitive cost. **Job Responsibilities** 01. Take product control electronics design responsibility from R&D after mass production 02. Do relevant design change to improve the product quality/robustness/reliability based input from failure analysis and other quality project 03. Do relevant design change to optimize the cost of the product 04. Product adaption design based on released products 05. Be responsible for engineering verification of resourced components for cost or supply chain flexibility purpose 06. Analyze field failures for critical quality problem and customer complaint handling 07. Support frequency converter production test with technical failure analysis and problem solving to reduce the CoPQ and improve the FPY 08. Support EMS PCBA production test with technical failure analysis and problem solving 09. Support sales/AMS/product manager on customers' technical queries 10. Participate in continuous product quality improvement project 11. Participate in continuous product cost optimization project 12. Collaborate with global functional teams to solve technical issues 13. Follow global product design tools, IATF16949 processes **Background & Skills** 01. Bachelor degree (or above) major in in electronics engineering or related 02. Minimum 3 years of design experience in electronics engineering 03. Well understand the design of all sections of a frequency converter (IGBT and gate drive, DC link, SMPS, digital/Analogue signal sampling/conditioning, sensing, serial communication interface, fieldbus interface, voltage regulators, HMI, micro-processors and flash/EEPROM) 04. Be capable of making design change and engineering verification of above functions 05. Knowledge of safety, EMC standards 06. Capability of making PCB design with Zuken or Altium Designer 07. Knowledge of simulation program e.g. Pspice, Matlab 08. Knowledge in product design process 09. Advanced engineering skills of analysis and problem solving 10. Good communication skills, self-motivated 11.
