We are currently seeking a Electronics Hardware PM to join our RnD Operations.  Reporting to the GM

Would be responsible for the planning, executing and monitoring of the entire BoM review change management program within Schneider business esp. energy management.Able to create detailed time plans, tracker sheets, dashboards using digital toolsAbility to exhibit complex stakeholder management across global teams, businesses, procurement, engineering, architects etc.Manage inter-dependencies between the different teams and stakeholders, identify risks and opportunities Adept at process improvements and changes to existing ones, make proposalsEffectively manage change, consider trade-offs and present impact analysis with clear options to allow for clear decisions to be madeSenior leadership reporting and presentationsNeeds to lead the change within SE with complete ownership and work with the functional team of engineersShould be able to apply agile methodologies in terms of executionTechnical capabilities\: should have atleast 8 yrs of experience in core electronics hardware engineering domain, esp. power electronics expertise.Experience on Power electronics ( Power supply design,WBG) and digital design will be added advantage
