Provides electrical safety training to maintenance personnel to include arc flash, qualified workers, LOTO 3-point verification, provides technical training to maintenance department. Provided troubleshooting assistance to maintenance department. Work with internal and external resources on plant projects. Prepare and maintain all specific documentation related to job activities. Follows and enforces standards for food safety and food quality production reflected in SQF as well as the regulations of major vendors and governmental agencies such as OSHA, FDA and EPA. Effectively communicate with coworkers and outside contractors.
