This role supports manufacturing and test operations for aerospace electronic equipment, ensuring smooth production, resolving hardware issues, and improving assembly processes. Key Responsibilities: * Support and mentor operations and test personnel. * Troubleshoot hardware and process issues down to CCA and component levels. * Resolve production line and testing issues, including supplier-related concerns. * Perform failure analysis, root cause determination, and corrective action implementation. * Conduct analog and digital circuit analysis, characterizing and modeling electrical signals. * Identify and implement circuit card and subassembly design updates. * Develop work instructions, test plans, and data collection processes for electro-mechanical assemblies. * Manage SAP work centers and routings for active products. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor"s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). * 2+ years of relevant experience OR 8 years of experience in the absence of a degree. * Experience supporting CCA or electronics assembly environments. * Knowledge of PCB components, function, and fabrication. * Proficiency with SAP, Teamcenter, CAD design/review, and work instruction development. * Experience with test equipment, automation, and test data collection. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: * Experience with test equipment introduction, qualification, troubleshooting, and repair. * Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) for production yield improvements. * Experience implementing Engineering Change Notices (ECN). * Background in debugging complex CCAs or electro-mechanical systems.
