Job Summary
KBR is seeking a highly qualified Electronics Packaging Engineer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in design, fabrication, and assembly of electronics packaging solutions for power dense microelectronics. The candidate will work with CAD tools, CNC equipment, and chemical processes including solvents, acids, and electrochemistry. Experience with hands on lab work and basic research design of experiments is a plus.
