Duties:

•\tEvaluate complex electromechanical/electro-optical assemblies to the component level for the purpose of documenting the rework/repair instructions.

•\tPerform root cause failure analysis on defective product that is returned by the customer.

•\tOperate specialized test equipment used during the product evaluation.

•\tLoad firmware using various programming tools

Qualifications:

•\tAssociates of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology or relevant industry experience.

•\tAbility to test/troubleshoot PCBs to component level.

•\tComputer knowledge using a PC-based workstation

o\tCAD Viewer tools

o\tMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

o\tMicrosoft Windows OS environment

•\tSoldering experience and skill using common hand-held tools

•\tExperience with standard electronic laboratory test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, etc.)

•\tProficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

•\tIPC or J-STD knowledge a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $59000.00/yr.
