Be apart of something great! **Position Highlights** **Position Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Electrophysiology (EP) cardiology team. This unique position offers a hybrid model, with four weeks dedicated to ambulatory clinic care and one week on inpatient service in a rotating schedule. The APP will collaborate closely with EP physicians, cardiology colleagues, nurses, and the broader care team to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. **Key Responsibilities** Ambulatory EP: + Provide evaluation and management of patients with arrhythmias, device management (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders), and other EP conditions. + Conduct follow-up visits, new patient evaluations, stress testing and pre-/post-procedure assessments. + Manage remote and in-office device interrogations in collaboration with device clinic staff. + Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment plans, and long-term management strategies. + Collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, medication adjustments, and procedural referrals. Inpatient EP/General Cardiology: + Provide consultative EP care for hospitalized patients. + Manage inpatient, arrhythmia management, and pre-/post-procedure care. + Assist with admissions, discharges, and daily rounding with the EP in collaboration with the cardiology service. + Coordinate care with other specialties as needed. **General Duties:** + Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record. + Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical projects. + Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and other staff. + Support outreach and patient access efforts if needed. **Qualifications:** + Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in [state]. + National certification (ANCC/AANP for NP or NCCPA for PA). + Experience in cardiology or electrophysiology strongly preferred. + Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both clinic and hospital settings. **Schedule: rotating schedule between staff.** + ambulatory (outpatient clinic)- 4 days a week + inpatient (hospital service) 5 days a week + Rotating schedule, full-time, with potential for occasional evening/weekend coverage as needed.
