Elevator Sales Account Manager

Oracle Elevator Company is the fastest growing independent elevator services provider in the nation. We are seeking an Account Manager to support our existing customer base.

Generate sales among client accounts, including upsell and cross-selling Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion Communicates client needs and demands to management Forecasts and tracks client account metrics Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines Keep records of client transactions

Bachelors degree preferred

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a sales and/or account support role.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Candidates must have an aptitude for technical, mechanical concepts and terminology
