About the Role

Pipeline Management:

To drive the funnel strategy for AIA Elite Academy to build sustainable pipeline of quality recruits


Performance Management:

To implement and assist in driving Quality Recruit’s performance through AIA Elite Academy Program in achieving Company’s business objectives, aligned to key strategic pillars

Roles And Responsibilities

Pipeline Management

Develop overall funnel strategy and structure, implement initiatives and drive towards targets

Strengthen Sales team’s (Elite PIC) go-to-market strategies in activating more Recruiters, via:

Organise and facilitate regular communication sessionsCoordinate with various internal collaborators for additional support requiredMonitor and review the progress of Elite Recruiters

Ensure Brand Awareness through effective Digital Marketing

Coordinate and align with Marketing on the brand compliance for all contentMonitor and manage the Social Media always-on content consistent across all platformsMonitor Social Media comments to ensure no negativity remarks and to direct any questions to right PICMonitor Social Media leads to ensure its being distributed on a timely basis2Co-create content; ie Testimonials. Facilitate scheduling of video shoots with marketing agency

Monitor and manage coding process

Design and govern selection criteria

Analyse data to identify the performance of each pipeline’ conversion ratio and areas for improvement. Identify next action and facilitate with Sales team to communicated on execution plan

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by HOD in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Response to system changes, facilitate and manage all change management communications to impacted collaborators

Performance Management:

Drive company’s key strategies to monitor overall Elite Academy’s performance, training and development activities

Align to other team’s initiatives to maximise overall Elite’s productivity

Monitor Elite’s Training and Supervision report are correct to ensure bonus payout are made in timely manner

Consolidate and Manage nationwide’s Elite’s Appeals to ensure its being resolved on timely basis to avoid late bonus / commission payout

Monitor Leaders Watchlist and coordinate with Sales team to ensure actions are being followed up closely to see improvement in Elite retention

Monitor quality of SBSG via coordination with Sales Team to facilitate Parents Day to ensure that the 8-steps Reporting Process is conducted correctly

Provide Advisory to Sales team on any support required in managing their go-to-market strategies

Generate ad-hoc reports for Sales team when required, for targeted approach needed in supporting ‘slow-moving’ agencies

Ensure all communication to Elites and Recruiters are sent out in timely manner on right platforms; Welcome Email, Onboarding, Events

Response to system changes, facilitate and manage all change management communications to impacted collaborators

Continuous monitoring for process improvement in any areas for effective and efficient tracking or reporting purposes

Minimum Job Requirements

Min. Diploma holder and aboveMin. 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably from the Insurance industryExperience in dealing with Agency Distribution & RecruitmentIndependent and possesses good analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable in doing Public Speaking or PresentationPossesses own transport and able to travel inter-state for workExperience in Digital & Business Intelligence will be an added advantageExperience in Digital Marketing and content creation will be an added advantageExcellent proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint
