Bustle Digital Group is looking for a dynamic editorial intern to join our team for the Summer. This person will work across Elite Daily’s edit team.
BDG’s 2025 Internship Program is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience at one of the fastest-growing digital media companies today. Our immersive program gives each intern the chance to explore and develop their interests through executive mentorship, career training, professional development seminars and workshops, collaborative projects, off-site events, and more.
This is a paid, part-time opportunity beginning May 27, 2025, and runs through August 15, 2025. Candidates should be available to work up to 28 hours per week, and will be given the choice to work either remotely or from BDG’s New York City HQ, depending on your role.
Responsibilities Write both news and feature stories for the siteAssist editors with research for storiesAttend brainstorms and pitch story ideasConduct interviews and grab Social videosAttend press events and previews Requirements Availability of around 3 days per week (up to 28 hours) to work from our NYC office for talent interviews, events, and brainstorms. Strong organizational skillsStrong writing skillsAbility to successfully multitask and be detail-oriented A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skillsAn enthusiasm for BDG’s mission and the energy to work at a fast-paced companyA flexible, ambitious mindSocial media fluencyPrior experience with a digital magazine
