**Job Summary:**
The **Elite F** **i** **eld Service Technician** will be responsible for executing field service activities at customer sites, ensuring safety and efficiency. This role involves working with advanced and complex systems, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, managing parts inventory, and addressing safety issues for both company and customer-owned equipment. The technician will interact directly with customers and may be responsible for servicing multiple systems, locations, or customers.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization.

+ Work independently with little to no supervision, while also leading, coaching, and motivating others.
+ Work with advanced and complex systems.
+ Proactively troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
+ Anticipate and resolve safety concerns for both company and customer-owned equipment.
+ Provide coaching and training to entry-level technicians.
+ May be responsible for work across multiple systems, locations, or customers.
**Travel** : 20%-80% (overnight stays may be required).
**Driving Requirements** :
+ Complete Driver Application & MVR.
+ Submit required forms (Driver Disclosure, Drug & Alcohol Statement, FMCSA Certificate, etc.).
+ Road Test.
+ Provide Driver’s License & Medical Certificate.
+ Clean driving record.
+ Ability to obtain required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).
+ Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
**Education & Experience Requirements** :
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 3-7 years of technical experience preferred (electrical, mechanical, diesel, fusion).
+ Ability to work independently and provide coaching/training to junior technicians.
+ Strong technical knowledge.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office and smart devices.
+ Customer service experience.
+ Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to synthesize technical information and communicate effectively.
+ Capable of deriving insights from customer experiences to solve problems in innovative ways.

Salary range:
$55,300.00 - $88,500.00
