Carolina Core FC Youth provides comprehensive soccer development through elite travel team training, camps, clinics, leagues, and collegiate showcases on local, regional, and national levels. We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Girls Elite Program Director to join our team.
Role Overview: The Girls Elite Program Director will be responsible for guiding the development of young female athletes and overseeing the Girls Elite teams' performance and growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive coaching experience, strong player development knowledge, and a commitment to fostering an environment where athletes can thrive both on and off the field.
Responsibilities:
Player Development: Create a positive learning environment that nurtures the technical, tactical, physical, and mental growth of players, helping them reach their full potential. Coaching & Training: Design and lead effective training sessions that align with the club's philosophy. Develop tailored programs that meet the needs of each player and support team progression. Match Preparation: Ensure teams are well-prepared for competitive matches, providing tactical and mental preparation. Attend and actively participate in games, offering feedback and guidance during play. Player Evaluation: Regularly assess players' performance, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with coaching staff to create individualized development plans (IDPs). Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with players, parents, and club leadership. Address concerns and provide regular updates on player development and team goals. Technical Expertise: Stay current with evolving soccer coaching techniques and trends. Implement innovative methods to enhance the Girls Elite program. Leadership: Serve as a role model for professionalism, sportsmanship, and work ethic both on and off the field. Player Recruitment: Assist in identifying and recruiting top talent to elevate the program’s competitiveness. Technological Proficiency: Utilize video analysis tools to assess match performance, create clips for training, and support recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
USSF "B" license or equivalent (e.g., UEFA, USC). Proven experience coaching at the girls’ youth level, with a track record of success. In-depth knowledge of women’s youth soccer and the college recruiting pathway. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to player development and the club's values. Ability to collaborate effectively with coaching staff, parents, and players. Background check clearance and adherence to club policies. Eligible to work in the United States.How to Apply:
