​ [ Key Responsibilities ] 장비 설치 및 기술문제 지원 고객 커뮤니케이션을 통한 시스템 결함 및 에러 해결 사전 점검을 통한 예방 업무 및 설비부품 유지관리장비에 대한 지식과 이해를 바탕으로 장비 가동진단 및 고객 오퍼레이션 가이드작업절차서, 서비스리포트 등 기술지원 제공 및 개선활동 수행본사/어플리케이션 엔지니어와 소통 및 협력하여 종합적인 솔루션 제공고객과의 소통을 통해 고객의 기술적인 요구사항을 반영하여 ZEISS 사업 기회 창출
