EM Finance Planning Analyst

At TI, the role of the Financial Planning Analyst is to drive financial excellence for the business. This individual ensures the financial health of the business (credibility, integrity and compliance); specifically R&D classification and allocation of cost to each business unit. They support management with information and analysis to make better business decisions, and support the data needs of TI management. And they provide leadership to in the areas of financial forecasting, efficiency improvements, reporting enhancements, risk and profitability analyses, and development of predictive indices. **What You Will Gain From This Role:** + Opportunities to cultivate business acumen and solid operational & financial knowledge of TMG (Technology & Manufacturing Group) Operations + Partnering with TMG and EM (External Manufacturing) Operations to align financial forecasts and drive for results in a dynamic environment + Strong skills in financial analysis to interpret complex financial issues into simpler components to better understand how they interrelate + Involvement in the critical support to the management for decision making and business recommendations + Participation in cross-functional processes to drive process improvement + Knowledge and skills in both accounting, compliance, and financial forecast & analysis + Ability to influence and drive behaviors and mindset of compliance in EM + Regular exposure and interactions with leadership teams **Business Summary:** **The TMG External Manufacturing (EM) organization** has a worldwide footprint with approx. 20-30% TI NUM output. The EM organization manages a global infrastructure of external wafer foundries and assembly/test subcontractors to deliver the flexible manufacturing and innovative technologies that give TI its competitive advantage. The Asia EM Finance team coordinates financial planning/forecasting, analysis, accounting, and compliance to support management of the organization and business partners; and works closely with the key stakeholders, including EM Operation, external wafer foundries and subcontractors, other TMG organizations, and TI Business Units. **Why TI?** + Engineer your future.
