YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Quality oversight of external manufacturing for Bayer products. such as 拜耳产品外部制造的质量监管Ensure QAA available and updated 维护质量协议 Review and approve change, deviation, OOS report etc. 审阅并批准变更，偏差和不合规产品的处理 PTC investigation review 投诉调查审阅 Material Supplier management if applicable 物料供应商管理（如适用）Take part in the surveillance audit and CAPA follow up etc. 参与供应商审计并跟进整改措施 Quality management for innovation projects, such as 对创新项目进行质量管理，如： Participate due diligence investigation 参与尽职调查 - Support qualification audit, 支持确认审计 CAPAs follow up, 跟进整改措施 Change management 变更管理Quality review 质量回顾 Ensure quality assurance agreements availability for new product launch etc. 签署质量协议等 Support to product license renew and product relevant requirement 支持产 品注册证更新及相关要求 Maintain relevant quality management procedures for 3rd manufacturing management based on local regulation and Bayer internal requirements. 维护 委托加工生产有关的质量管理程序确保符合法规和拜耳的要求

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Bachelor degree or above with food science, pharmacy or relevant subjects 食品、药品或相关专业大学本科及以上学历 Minimum 5 years technical experience in quality / technical positions in quality assurance (dosage form) 至少5年质量领域相关的管理或者技术工作经验 At least 3 years quality management experience in pharm industry. 至少3年 以上药品行业质量工作经验 Familiar with contract manufacturing Q management is preferred. 熟悉委托生产质量管理优先 With strong ability for problem solving and ability of organization and coordination.具有很强的解决问题和组织管理能力With strong communication and interpersonal skill. 具有很强的沟通能力. Preferably have medium to high level English skill. 良好的英语能力更佳
