What to Expect from this experience: Own execution on a business-critical project and present your work to the cohort, mentors, and executive leadership team Assigned a mentor in your field who will meet with you regularly for coaching, ongoing feedback, and tactical assistance Build your resume with hands-on experience, making your mark on EagleView’s communication/marketing strategies Surround yourself with colleagues and mentors who are committed to helping you grow and get the most out of this experience Responsibilities Email Marketing Intern will focus on the development and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking Assist in the development and implementation of marketing email strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for email campaigns Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to track key metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement Qualifications Current undergraduate or graduate student enrolled as a full-time student Minimum GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale) Target areas of study: Marketing Business Psychology Other relevant degree Show up every day with a positive outlook, be curious and ask questions Find gaps in what needs to be accomplished and take initiative Explore and suggest new, innovative and diverse ideas Possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills Demonstrate a professional presence Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and proven comfort communicating across teams Be a self-driven participant in a geographically-diverse virtual team PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong copywriting ability Graphic design software experience; Canva Strong analytic skills Ability to give intra-company PowerPoint presentations EEO Statement The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed.
