About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for Email Marketing Manager to join our Email Marketing team. This individual will lead the strategy, development, and execution of promotional campaigns, targeted journeys, and customer lifecycle email campaigns. With your leadership abilities in cross-functional project management and digital knowledge, you will ensure that all email projects remain on schedule, on brand, well executed, and drive business results. You will be responsible for the performance of your campaigns and are expected to follow a test-and-learn strategy to optimize your campaigns. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Own email marketing campaigns, from initial concept through performance measurement Work in partnership with internal cross-functional teams including brand, eCommerce, creative, production, social, legal, and analytics to communicate campaign activities and to ensure deliverables are aligned and integrated into existing plans for streamlined execution. Project manage all phases of email creation and deployment; Includes the following: creation/management of all creative work orders, calendars and timelines, status and coding docs and reports coordination/management of internal business reviews management of creative/deployment feedback through internal stakeholders, working closely with email production & data teams to convey mailing instructions, deliverables, segmentation, data, creative/deployment feedback, etc. QA/testing of all email deliverables Archiving, reporting and optimization Presentation of results to executive-level teams Manage digital communication calendar and work closely with creative traffic manager to ensure full end-to-end execution. Look for opportunities to improve processes and establish effectiveness/efficiencies across email strategy and campaigns Identify and lead efforts of new revenue-driving opportunities and engagement via email channel through segmentation, data analytics, personalization and innovation. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience 5+ years email marketing experience Understanding of email best practices, metrics and associated KPIs; Familiar with dynamic content, segmentation strategy and customer data use as it relates to email marketing. Excellent project management, problem solving and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects/campaigns in a fast-paced, nimble yet deadline-driven environment Excellent communication skills; present ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and in person Strong analytical skills; comfortable distilling data into insights/optimization opportunities Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, in a hybrid work arrangement from our Dublin California office. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
