Position Title: Email Marketing Manager
Reports To: Vice President, Marketing

Position Summary

To keep the momentum going PSG is looking for a creative and talented strategic Email Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. It is a newly created role that will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will play a significant part in expanding our content capabilities. This role will be responsible for developing comprehensive content strategies for our fully integrated campaigns and content needs.
Responsibilities
Drive email channel performance through effective strategy, content, segmentation, and personalization to achieve business objectives (sales, customer experience, etc.)
Develop, maintain, and communicate Email Marketing campaign calendars to ensure that all plans are in conjunction with marketing efforts and deadlines.
Partner with relevant business functions and external vendors to determine and communicate mailing instructions, creative deliverables, QA timelines, etc.
Proofread final copy to ensure accurate and correct communication, match creative, versions and other campaign elements.
Analyze campaign performance across key metrics and ensure flawless execution.
Establish a record of email campaigns results, market insights, offer strategy and creative.
Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance.
Keep abreast of the industry best practices and provide recommendations for internal strategies.
Maintaining a flexible approach to respond to shifting priorities and emerging opportunities.
Develop, launch, and optimize email campaigns that achieve targeted results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 - 8 + years of related experience.
Experience with RPO/BPO industry and knowledge of industry trends.
Openness to a rapidly changing and growing environment in which teams, processes, and priorities are evolving regularly.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time.
Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience.
Ability to conduct formal presentations to all levels of management on issues or findings in assigned areas or subjects.
Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to think strategically.
Highly developed capacity for teamwork and a strong focus on the customer.
Proficient in HubSpot or other related digital marketing tools.
Compensation
This role will have a base salary range between $80,000 and $95,000, depending on experience. An additional 15% bonus compensation target depending on the company and personal performance against goals. The company offers competitive benefits and 401k package, and generous PTO.
